The Taqueria del Alamillo is in the Alamillo square, in the La Latina neighborhood of Madrid. A piece of Mexico in which we collect the whole tradition of Mexican cuisine, “los antojitos” and “tacos”, along with traditional dishes, all harmonized by our chef's fantasy.
We have been bringing Mexican cuisine to the Madrid gastronomic context for more than 18 years, with quality products and personalized attention, with the aim of transporting you to Mexico for a few hours.

The importance of elaboration
In the Taquería del Alamillo we have a maxim: Respect the Mexican product and take care of its preparation to enhance all its flavor and qualities.
As chef of the restaurant, that is my biggest concern every time we propose a new dish on the menu and every time we prepare a command. Im looking for our client to transport to Veracruz, Acapulco or DF without moving from his chair, and therefore, taking care of the elaboration and choosing the products carefully, is essential.
